1.- Reservations and Payments:
● All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
● To guarantee your reservation, a deposit or a valid credit card number will be required.
● Payments will be made in the local currency and may be subject to taxes and additional charges according to the current legislation.
2.- Cancellation Policy:
● Cancellations made with 72 hours' notice prior to the arrival date will not be subject to charges.
● In the event of cancellations made after this deadline or no-shows, the equivalent of 100% of the first night's rate will be charged.
3.- Modification Policy:
● Modifications to reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in changes to rates.
● Any changes to the reservation must be notified to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
4.- Stay and Liability:
● Guests must present a valid identification at the time of check-in.
● The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
● Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the hotel facilities during their stay.

6.- Services and Amenities:
● Room descriptions and services offered by the hotel are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice.
● Some services and amenities may have schedule restrictions, require prior reservations, or incur additional charges.
7.- Non-Smoking Policy:
● The hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is prohibited in all public areas and rooms of the hotel. Cleaning and disinfection fees will apply in case of non-compliance.
8.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
● These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
● Any dispute related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico.
