Our forty rooms surround a central courtyard where our most symbolic monument stands, a 19th century sculpture of “El Hércules” carved from Carrara marble.

Our brewery and hotel are located in the heart of the Hércules neighborhood, northeast of Querétaro. The name comes from the coat of arms of Diego de Tapia, son of Conín, who built the Molino Colorado mill on these lands in 1592. More than two centuries later, in 1846, industrialist Cayetano Rubio founded the El Hércules yarn and fabric factory here, giving rise to the working-class neighborhood that is still alive today.
One of the city's most famous architectural sights, the Querétaro Aqueduct is a monumental structure spanning over a kilometer, a direct inheritance from Santiago de Querétaro's colonial history. Its construction was completed in 1735, under the supervision of the Spanish Crown, and to this day, it remains one of the city's unmissable icons.
