1.- Reservations and Payments:
-All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
-To guarantee your reservation, a deposit or a valid credit card number will be required.
-Payments will be made in the local currency and may be subject to taxes and additional charges according to the current legislation.
2.- Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellations made with 72 hours' notice prior to the arrival date will not be subject to charges.
-In the event of cancellations made after this deadline or no-shows, the equivalent of 100% of the first night's rate will be charged.

-Any changes to the reservation must be notified to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

-Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the hotel facilities during their stay.

6.- Services and Amenities:
-Room descriptions and services offered by the hotel are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice.

7.- Non-Smoking Policy:
-The hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is prohibited in all public areas and rooms of the hotel. Cleaning and disinfection fees will apply in case of non-compliance.

-Any dispute related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico.
